The Online Trust Coalition (OTC), part of ECP, processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself.
We process first and last name, email address, and data about your activities on our website. We do not process any sensitive personal data. We do not retain this data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We process this data to handle your information request, perform our services, invite you to future events (once you’ve given permission), and if we are legally obligated to do so.
In the future, you can sign up for an event through our website (or in response to an email invitation). Depending on the type of event, we require a minimal set of data to organize it. We collect your name and email address and, if necessary, other data specified in the registration form (or email). You can unsubscribe from an event by emailing events[@]ecp.nl.
OTC does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary to fulfill our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
OTC remains responsible for these processing activities.
